  • Google Business Profile Data: To provide our services, we access your Google Business Profile locations, reviews, posts, and Q&A data via the Google My Business API.
  • User-Provided Data: Any business information, keywords, or instructions you provide for the AI to generate content.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide AI-powered business management services, including:

  • Automating posts and media updates to your Google Business Profile.
  • Generating AI-powered replies to your customer reviews.
  • Managing and updating your business Q&A section.
  • Conducting local SEO audits and keyword tracking.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure: RevLocal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties. Data is shared only with Google APIs as necessary for the core functionality of the app. We use industry-standard encryption provided by Supabase and Google Cloud to protect your data in transit and at rest.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
