RevLocal is a B2B SaaS platform utilizing Artificial Intelligence to assist business owners and authorized marketing partners in managing Google Business Profiles. This includes automated content generation, review management, and local SEO analysis.
Important: RevLocal uses Large Language Models to generate posts, review replies, and profile optimizations. You acknowledge that AI can occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or out-of-context content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and verifying all AI-generated content published to your Google Business Profile.
You represent and warrant that you have the explicit legal right and authority to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect to RevLocal. You agree not to use the Service for any deceptive, illegal, defamatory, or spamming activities that violate Google's Terms of Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes any actions taken by Google (e.g., profile suspension or ranking drops) regarding your Google Business Profile status.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RevLocal at our sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
